1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradoki ("the Service"), operated by Bunny Honey Club AI SRL ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description — Educational Purpose Only

Tradoki is an educational tool designed to help users learn about technical analysis, trading psychology, and risk management. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide educational observations, pattern analysis, and structured learning content.

Tradoki does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or any form of financial guidance. No content generated by the Service — including chart analyses, AI conversations, journal feedback, or learning materials — should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. AI Transparency Notice (EU AI Act Compliance)

In compliance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we provide the following transparency information:

  • •The Service uses third-party large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate educational content.
  • •AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinations.
  • •AI-generated chart analyses are observations only — not predictions, not recommendations.
  • •The AI system does not have access to real-time market data unless explicitly provided by the user.
  • •Users should always verify AI observations independently and exercise their own judgment.
  • •All AI interactions are clearly labeled as AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. The Service is a learning tool — the decision to trade, what to trade, when to trade, and how much to risk is entirely yours.

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with different usage limits. Free tier users have limited access. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and educational content, is the intellectual property of Tradoki. AI-generated analyses based on user-provided charts are provided to users for personal educational use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the Service. Charts and images you upload remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADOKI, BUNNY HONEY CLUB AI SRL, THEIR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE; (C) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

8. Content and Data

Chart images you upload are processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic) for analysis and are subject to their respective data processing policies. Journal entries and trading data are stored securely and accessible only to you (enforced by Row Level Security). We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • ✕Use the Service to provide financial advice to others
  • ✕Redistribute AI analyses as investment recommendations
  • ✕Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • ✕Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • ✕Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

10. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate for your chosen billing cycle.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan at each renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

Refund policy: In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase during which you may request a full refund. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion. To request a refund, contact billing@tradoki.com.

Price changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination. If your account is terminated by us for reasons other than Terms violation, any pre-paid subscription fees for the remaining period will be refunded pro-rata.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
